Hot sour soup and Bloody Mary for lunch. Work party, prosecco, cake. Snuck a shot of gin from the company fridge, then out to Central Park into the Arboretum. These little kids were skating and hanging with girls. Twelve year boy was like “dass a dirty pussy.” I said “whatchoo know about dirty pussy?” Kid got hassled by his crew. Many laffs. Called pass-interference on a youth football game. They were like “OOOH! SEEE!” Slid down 5th Ave. to St. Paddy’s Cathedral. So fucking incredible, even under scaffolding. Says “First priest in New York” on the front door. PJ Moran’s Irish pub for Budweiser and water. Brendan Behan mural on the wall. ”Move away. Do you hear what I say? From under my breath…”
